- Built in 1852 as the Hoddlesden National School, the original school building and attached church (St Pauls, Hoddlesden) still remain and are in use today.

- Originally built in 1867 as St Johns National School on Barton Street. The school was demolished in 1970 and a new building built in 1965 in Turncroft housed the pupils, now called St Peters.
